This issue happens when you have hardware acceleration enabled with every AMD R9 Series GPU on Windows 10. * RES is not required for this to happen, it just makes it happen more frequently on. The CSS filters `filter: hue-rotate(1deg) ` and `filter: saturation(10%) ` make the part of the page I apply the CSS to disappear instead of render differently.
